LaserGear QUBE Small Benchtop Galvo Driven Fibre Laser Marking Systems

The LaserGear Series Markers are quality turn-key marking solutions which are available in two standard configurations consisting of a Class I Workstation format or a Class IV Integration Laser Format, both of which are available with either a 20-Watt or 60-Watt Source.  The LaserGear Qube 20 or 60 Watt Integration Laser can be purchased with a Power Programmable Tool Post for a very versatile Benchtop Marking Solution with interchangeable Field Lens offering control over Field Size and Spot Size or it can be integrated into Production Lines and Automated Manufacturing Cells.  Laser Gear Systems are accompanied by the Minilase Pro SE Platform for full control of the laser no matter what imaging you require permanently marked on your parts.

VEREO (Class IV) Integration Laser

The Vereo Integration Laser is a versatile (Class IV) fibre laser marking system, ideal for use by manufacturers and system integrators requiring a laser marking system for integration into automated cells or production workstations, benchtop processing and more.  A MOPA based fibre engine with output of up to 100 watts allows for high peak power, fast processing times and maximum application processing capabilities.  These systems are air-cooled and low maintenance, offering many years of trouble-free operation with low energy consumption.  Programming and connectivity are maintained through a simple USB interface to a laptop or desktop PC.  The Vereo lasers offer external axis control, dedicated I/O and mark-on-the-fly capability  making it a powerful tool for any automated laser marking application.  Powerful MOPA fibre laser technology enhances the marking capabilities over basic q-switched fibre laser systems.  Our fibre lasers mark most materials including all metals, most plastics, painted components, specialty coatings and more.  Selectable pulse durations allow for the processing of a wider variety of materials and substrates.

VEREO Smart Integration Laser Systems

Vereo™ Smart is the ultimate tool for manufacturers and integrators requiring a laser marking system for automated lines, assembly cells and more. An air-cooled low-maintenance MOPA fiber laser source up to 100 watts can solve a variety of marking applications. Vereo™ Smart, equipped with an onboard controller, features a network interface to access the laser system from any device, for marking program management and modification as well as process monitoring. PLC connectivity for data control is easy to set up using a simple wizard. With a compact footprint, Vereo™ Smart is a powerful marking tool for any integration laser marking application. Our fiber lasers mark all metals, most plastics, carbide, anodized aluminum, painted or coated materials and more. Powerful MOPA fiber laser technology enhances the marking capabilities over basic q-switched fiber laser systems. VEREO 3D Integration Lasers

Vereo™ 3D is a versatile three-axis integration laser marking system designed to deliver 3D laser contour marking and 3D laser engraving while maintaining a small spot size with the use of an F-Theta scan lens. With a max of 1.57” (40mm) of 3D Z-axis dynamic focus, the need for mechanical focal height adjustment when marking variable height components is reduced. In addition, loss of focus and marking distortion are eliminated when marking uneven surfaces. Vereo™ 3D is ideal for manufacturers and integrators requiring a laser marking system for automated lines, assembly cells, benchtops and more. A maintenance-free MOPA fiber laser source up to 50 watts can solve a variety of marking applications. Vereo LFSS 3D Laser Marking System

Vereo™ LFSS 3D is ideal for manufacturers and integrators requiring a large field three-axis laser marking system for automated lines, assembly cells, benchtops and more. Vereo™ LFSS 3D features a continuous marking field of 15” x 15” (381mm x 381mm) while maintaining a small beam diameter with high energy output. Expansive graphics can be processed in one cycle without any tiling or stitching, and large trays or fixtures of parts can be marked in minimal cycle time. 3D mode delivers a large continuous marking field, 3D laser contour marking and 3D laser engraving across a marking field of 9.84” x 9.84” (250mm x 250mm). All components are rack mounted in a custom fabricated enclosure including the water chiller, Windows 10 PC, and a pull-out drawer with a pop-up monitor, keyboard, and mouse tray. VEREO CO2 Integration Laser
